What is your return + exchange policy?

• If your order is stained or damaged it will be sent back to you at your cost.
• You have 14 days from the delivered date to send back an item for a refund and 100 days to send back for an exchange or store credit. If you choose to make a return, we will credit your original payment method.
• Please note that items “Made-to-Order” are exchange only. Items bought on or through a sale are exchange only.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

Absolutely. If it's been within 100 days, kindly return your item and email us specifying the replacement piece you desire so that we can reserve it for you.

What if my return is late?

All returns should be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with attached tags. After 14 days from the delivery date, items are ineligible for return.

Can I get an Order the Same Day?

Do you offer free returns?

Yes! Not to worry, no fees will be deducted from your total refund amount

How soon can I get my package w/ expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping ensures that your order will arrive the next day or within two days. If you placed your order after 12pm est. your order will be processed & shipped the following day. In other words, if you order at 9am est. on Tuesday for overnight delivery, it will arrive on Wednesday. If you placed the same order on Tuesday but at 12:01pm est. your order will arrive on Thursday.

Where is your product made?

Manhattan, New York! All our fabrics are sourced from Turkey and hand sewn in our stomping grounds of New York, New York. So good, they named it twice! We are very proud of our partnership with a family-owned factory that has been sewing our pieces for 10+ years. This allows us to react to our customer needs quickly and always keep one eye on production for quality issues.

How often do you restock items?

We only restock best sellers, so if the piece sells out in under two months we will bring it back within a year or two, otherwise we like to keep creating new styles in order to provide you with another best seller. Therefore, if you see an item on sale, chances are it will never restock. Once the item hits the Sale rack it is never coming back.

Do you honor price adjustments for orders placed before a sale?

No, we do not honor price adjustments because you had first access to the item that could have been sold out otherwise.
