Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed & undamaged product. Please follow the guidelines below in order for us to process your exchange.

• Exchanged merchandise should include the original packaging, tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot & will not be exchanged. 
• Exchanges can be made within 14 days after the product was received by the customer.
• Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
• We do not accept returns for an exchange on sample sale merchandise. Sample sales are final sales.
• Please notify us via email if you wish to exchange an item.
• Once the returned product is received you will be given the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit valid for a year. 
• There are no exchanges on cosmetics. For health reasons, these sales are final.
• If you return your cosmetic order it will be sent back to you or disposed of.
• We do not issue refunds.
• By ordering a product you hereby agree to all our Terms & Conditions.
